Spectators: 7369 (Terracing: 5632, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Heinrich Dräger started the match with the kick off. Erwin Böge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timotheus Zaborowski having to make a save. The supporters of Zschortau booed when Reicheneck FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Streicher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timotheus Zaborowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinrich Dräger in the 6th minute of the match. Martin Koschera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Glenn Ruck having to make a save. If Erwin Böge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Zschortau booed when Reicheneck FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Surek didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gereon Wingert in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glenn Ruck saved Zschortau from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heinrich Dräger in the 30th minute of play forced Reicheneck FSV's goalkeeper Timotheus Zaborowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reicheneck FSV's Timotheus Zaborowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heinrich Dräger in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zschortau's Dietrich Bannenberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gereon Wingert was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Heinrich Dräger kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Timotheus Zaborowski. That made the score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. With a little luck, Reicheneck FSV's Timotheus Zaborowski got control of the ball when Erwin Böge tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gereon Wingert scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Glenn Ruck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heinrich Dräger in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timotheus Zaborowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Heinrich Dräger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Heinrich Dräger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Timotheus Zaborowski. Heinrich Dräger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 90th minute, Edward Surek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Heinrich Dräger came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Zschortau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Heinrich Dräger couldn't finish the play. In the 101st minute Zschortau were awarded a corner. Siegfried Kircher went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Zschortau's Dimitrios Graf to a score. 1-3 in the 101st minute. When the final whistle sounded Zschortau left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Reicheneck FSV.
