Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Max Babic took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ricky Gross hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute Max Babic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siegmund Buhrmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Burgschmidt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubbo Marschner went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Germania Haithabu's Siegmund Buhrmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Babic in the 14th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, Germania Haithabu's Ubbo Marschner made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven Burgschmidt was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Hennes Wollberg fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lomersheim's protests and gave Hennes Wollberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Lomersheim got a freekick which was hit by Hennes Wollberg. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Ubbo Marschner sped through Lomersheim's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven Burgschmidt. Germania Haithabu's Siegmund Buhrmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Germania Haithabu from getting a goal against them. Sven Burgschmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubbo Marschner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siegmund Buhrmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Babic, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Siegmund Buhrmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Andres in the 32nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Ubbo Marschner put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Sven Burgschmidt. When Germania Haithabu's Ubbo Marschner in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rdth minute of the game Ubbo Marschner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lomersheim's Sven Burgschmidt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 46th minute, Lukas Berz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Siegmund Buhrmann. The goal made the score 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

With a little luck, Lomersheim's Sven Burgschmidt got control of the ball when Ubbo Marschner tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Germania Haithabu's Ubbo Marschner in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lukas Berz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Max Babic notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Germania Haithabu's Siegmund Buhrmann. Siegmund Buhrmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Siegmund Buhrmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Dierkes, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lomersheim's goalkeeper Sven Burgschmidt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernd Holz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Burgschmidt having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Lomersheim's Max Babic sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Siegmund Buhrmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Michael Dierkes's late challenge caught a Germania Haithabu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michael Dierkes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Germania Haithabu booed when Lomersheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Dierkes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubbo Marschner did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-6 to the left of a surprised Sven Burgschmidt 86 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erk Grimm during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Germania Haithabu's Erk Grimm got a free kick in the 90th minute. Lomersheim's Sven Burgschmidt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Lomersheim from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Lomersheim booed when Germania Haithabu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernd Holz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siegmund Buhrmann came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Lomersheim's Michael Dierkes. But to his dismay, Michael Dierkes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-6. Germania Haithabu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
