He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lederbach reached it. Ellis Aigle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebald Majewski having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ekkehard Mintzel in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theobald Lichtenberg saved Könau from getting behind. Theobald Lichtenberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekkehard Mintzel in the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Schmeisser during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th minute, Alexander Schmeisser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ekkehard Mintzel in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theobald Lichtenberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Könau booed when Lederbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedetto Dötsch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Theobald Lichtenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekkehard Mintzel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Koenecke to make the kick off. But to his dismay, Alexander Schmeisser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Martin Koenecke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lederbach's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Koenecke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theobald Lichtenberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebald Majewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elmar Eder in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Martin Koenecke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theobald Lichtenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niclas Bähr's late challenge caught a Lederbach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niclas Bähr helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Könau! Ekkehard Mintzel in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Theobald Lichtenberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ellis Aigle in the 70th minute of play forced Lederbach's goalkeeper Sebald Majewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 75 minutes, Alexander Schmeisser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Könau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Schmeisser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebald Majewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ellis Aigle, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of Könau booed when Lederbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Schwang didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute Ellis Aigle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebald Majewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ellis Aigle hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Theobald Lichtenberg was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Raphael Ehler. After 87 minutes of play Könau's Richard Schruoffeneger was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
