Sektion Birne's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iker Melkis 3 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Hinrik Diening dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Guy Bader, 2-0. Hinrik Dienings short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Guy Bader to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 13 minutes into the match, Bayern's Hinrik Diening sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guy Bader narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anjo Knoll's late challenge caught a Bayern's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anjo Knoll helped the player get up and apologised. Bonifatius Stieglitz, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Iker Melkis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Guy Bader came out and tried to block the shot, but Iker Melkis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hinrik Diening got free with Guy Bader in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Melkis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guy Bader having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Iker Melkis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guy Bader was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Iker Melkis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Sektion Birne's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Melkis came free, but Guy Bader reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Iker Melkis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 46 minutes into the game, Hinrik Diening recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guy Bader. Hinrik Diening showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iker Melkis was the one to do the kick off. Hinrik Diening received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Guy Bader tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Hinrik Diening made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sektion Birne's Guy Bader tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Bayern getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Aloys Groth hit a great ball. Kuno Lembeck hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Guy Bader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Melkis, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Sektion Birne's Guy Bader played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Achterdeck in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Bayern's goalkeeper Olaf Sellmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Veddermann. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erich Meise during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Bayern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erich Meise to maneuver through the defense. Tore Ross received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Olaf Sellmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sektion Birne's Guy Bader played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hinrik Diening in the 88th minute of play. Guy Bader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hinrik Diening, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 93 played minutes Bayern got a freekick which was hit by Erich Meise. In the 94th minute, Sektion Birne's Tore Ross dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. Bayern were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sektion Birne for a fine match.
