The supporters of Köper booed when Schierenplack FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Neo Schapper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ragnar Künast showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sammy Koroschetz in the 15th minute of the match. Rudolf Breitenstein was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Theodor Humke capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Theodor Humke really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 30th minute Gerhard Brenner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ragnar Künast saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Schierenplack FSV got a freekick which was hit by Serge Thieltges. Esau Frenzle's late challenge caught a Schierenplack FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esau Frenzle helped the player get up and apologised. Esau Frenzle hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remo Kühn was the one to do the kick off. When Fabio Held fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Schierenplack FSV's protests and gave Fabio Held a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Fabio Held hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Theodor Humke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Rudolf Breitenstein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Björn Petz in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Schierenplack FSV's Theodor Humke. Lysander Kirchner might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rudolf Breitenstein. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lysander Kirchner ran back to his position shaking his head. Lysander Kirchner scored 2-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rudolf Breitenstein, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Schierenplack FSV's Kalle Schädlich got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Neo Schapper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudolf Breitenstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theodor Humke, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Schädlich in the 85th minute of play forced Köper's goalkeeper Rudolf Breitenstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Theodor Humke left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Schierenplack FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Schierenplack FSV fully deserved thier win.
