After some careless play in the Natural Born Grillers defense, Noel Optendrenk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henning Oyan. The Natural Born Grillers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henning Oyan should have stopped the shot. Natural Born Grillers's Henning Oyan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otfried Heine in the 37th minute of play. If Otfried Heine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henning Oyan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Noel Optendrenk's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, ErikSiege's Noel Optendrenk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henning Oyan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henning Oyan came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by ErikSiege's Noel Optendrenk. But to his dismay, Noel Optendrenk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Natural Born Grillers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ErikSiege were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ron Ihns was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Otfried Heine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Oyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Noel Optendrenk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Otfried Heine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natural Born Grillers's Henning Oyan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Optendrenk in the 87th minute of play. Noel Optendrenk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ErikSiege's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
