Konstantin Kuczinski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fc Frankenhain's Konstantin Kuczinski got a free kick in the 9th minute. If Karl Plaaten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erdal Pleschke shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Karl Plaaten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Fc Frankenhain defense, Karl Plaaten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Richard Kurth. The Fc Frankenhain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Kurth should have stopped the shot. Eugen Glowacz made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 27thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Rafael Frohwein would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Karl Plaaten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Kurth having to interfere. Krister Marx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elmar Ernst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Karl Plaaten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elmar Ernst in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Frohwein saved Rupennest from getting behind. After 53 played minutes Rupennest got a freekick which was hit by Frido Rabe. When Eugen Glowacz, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 54 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rafael Frohwein was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Elmar Ernst's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Frohwein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Fc Frankenhain booed when Rupennest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Mengel didn't get a good kick on the ball.
