Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ingemar Henschel got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Helmut Behnisch during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Helmut Behnisch hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Frans Gerdes's late challenge caught a fc marcsterz united's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frans Gerdes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Timo Neuber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingemar Henschel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Eugen Rille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Timo Neuber managed to get in a good position for a shot. fc marcsterz united's supporters rose to their feet, but Timo Neuber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Rille breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugen Rille showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Henschel in the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to FC Schnolli getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Hermann Schmidtschaff hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Ingemar Henschel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Rille saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Ingemar Henschel notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Schnolli's Eugen Rille. Eugen Rille was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 36 played minutes FC Schnolli got a freekick which was hit by Carl Rewer. After having played for 37 minutes, Niko Hillenbrand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. fc marcsterz united's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niko Hillenbrand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Timo Neubers short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Eugen Rille to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 46 minutes into the match, FC Schnolli's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Henschel came free, but Eugen Rille reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timo Neuber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Eugen Rille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frans Gerdes to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Ingemar Henschel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Rille saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Timo Neuber came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the fc marcsterz united fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timo Neuber couldn't finish the play. Timo Neuber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Eugen Rille tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of fc marcsterz united booed when FC Schnolli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Gerdes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, fc marcsterz united's Halldor Haye de la got a free kick in the 84th minute. Marcel Hildenbrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugen Rille took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingemar Henschel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Timo Neuber made a precise shot to the right of Eugen Rille. FC Schnolli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. There was no doubt that fc marcsterz united were the better team. fc marcsterz united's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
