After a rather tough play, Heidenpoint's Gennaro Dirr got a free kick in the 9th minute. Silvester Beike came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Heidenpoint's Gennaro Dirr. But to his dismay, Gennaro Dirr quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Silvester Beike took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Chille, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Edgar Kunstmann managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Saar FC's Benni Ostmeyer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Johannes Chille's late challenge caught a Saar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Chille helped the player get up and apologised. When Benni Ostmeyer in the 27th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Edgar Kunstmann kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Johannes Chille kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Silvester Beike took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dietmar Grawe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Dietmar Grawe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvester Beike didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gennaro Dirr went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Saar FC's Silvester Beike proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Saar FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Saar FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Benni Ostmeyer hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Saar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dietmar Grawe came free, but Silvester Beike reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gennaro Dirr took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Silvester Beike. Saar FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 71st minute, Fabian Klatt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvester Beike was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rainer Reiner. Benni Ostmeyer struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Edgar Kunstmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saar FC. Saar FC's Silvester Beike played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gennaro Dirr in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Benni Ostmeyer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benni Ostmeyer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Volkmar Nussbaum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Volkmar Nussbaum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Kunstmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Volkmar Nussbaum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After a rather tough play, Heidenpoint's Thorsten Happ got a free kick in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
