Serge Laslo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Steffen Redda came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinkler FC's Andreas Lück. But to his dismay, Andreas Lück quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Steffen Redda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Weinkauff, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Pinkler FC's Hubert Lamprecht proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Pinkler FC from getting a goal against them. Steffen Redda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Weinkauff in the 26th minute of the match. Dieter Schnitzler kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Marcus Weinkauff came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Pinkler FC fans jumped to their feet. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Weinkauff stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Pinkler FC got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Brendlin. Peter Hilkes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steffen Redda having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Brendlin in the 61st minute of play forced ESV Fortuna Celle's goalkeeper Steffen Redda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Stephan Ellermann made a precise shot to the right of Hubert Lamprecht. Pinkler FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 67th match minute, Pinkler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Schlottmann to maneuver through the defense. After 97 played minutes, Pinkler FC's Reto Spann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Steffen Redda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pinkler FC reached it. ESV Fortuna Celle succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Pinkler FC had controlled the match.
