Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ilja Ströbele started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Piast's goal looked a bit too open when Taha Kurceren came free, but Hergen Iggelheimer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Taha Kurceren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HBH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gonzalo Tipi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hergen Iggelheimer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, HBH's Taha Kurceren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hergen Iggelheimer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 26th minute of the game was made by Eduard Sikirski with Marko Gottwald as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Taha Kurceren managed to get in a good position for a shot. HBH's supporters rose to their feet, but Taha Kurceren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hergen Iggelheimer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hergen Iggelheimer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Tipi in the 32nd minute of play. When Taha Kurceren came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the HBH fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Taha Kurceren couldn't finish the play. Piast's Hergen Iggelheimer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Tipi in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Piast's zone, Taha Kurceren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hergen Iggelheimer came out of the goal and Taha Kurceren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hergen Iggelheimer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Taha Kurceren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 52 minute of play. Taha Kurceren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Tipi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Tipi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Hergen Iggelheimer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Piast booed when HBH was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Tipi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute Taha Kurceren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hergen Iggelheimer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renatus Nagy's late challenge caught a Piast's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Renatus Nagy helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egidius Austin in the 91st minute of play forced HBH's goalkeeper Remigiusz Wojtyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ron Stöckle charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ron Stöckle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Piast getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ron Stöckle hit a great ball. The Piast fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. HBH were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
