After 7 minutes of play, bobimobil's Tillmann Trenkel made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdi Kropp was left in no man's land by his defense there! 12 minutes into the match, bobimobil's goal looked a bit too open when Theo von Gyldenfeldt came free, but Kuno Bach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuno Bach made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lester Tyroff in the 15th minute. Richard Danielzick kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, bobimobil's goal looked a bit too open when Theo von Gyldenfeldt came free, but Kuno Bach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. bobimobil's Tillmann Trenkel got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stefan Schlief charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stefan Schlief the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of bobimobil booed when FC Roxel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Schlief didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes, bobimobil's Hubert Zips shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ferdi Kropp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in bobimobil reached it. After 24th play minutes Tillmann Trenkel shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Ferdi Kropp and just under the crossbar into goal. The bobimobil fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when bobimobil's Tillmann Trenkel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Georg Ulrich Kettner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tillmann Trenkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ferdi Kropp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tillmann Trenkel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ferdi Kropp was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After 41 minutes, Richard Danielzick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the bobimobil and the FC Roxel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Georg Ulrich Kettner was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Ulrich Kettner in the 54th minute of play forced FC Roxel's goalkeeper Ferdi Kropp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Johannes Schadenfroh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tillmann Trenkel ran back to his position shaking his head. After 73 minutes, Gernot Lörsch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Roxel and the bobimobil players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Roxel's Gernot Lörsch got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ferdi Kropp was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hubert Zips. After 79 minutes of play bobimobil's Richard Danielzick was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to bobimobil getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Richard Danielzick hit a great ball. Rudolf Gentner struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ferdi Kropp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for bobimobil. In the 89th match minute, bobimobil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Ulrich Kettner to maneuver through the defense. Georg Ulrich Kettner charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
