Spectators: 7536 (Terracing: 5653, Seating: 1733, VIP seats: 150) After a defensive mix-up in Imsbach FSV's zone, Jens Ohmer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heinrich Leonhardt came out of the goal and Jens Ohmer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dirk Meyer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonito Wilke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerold Kessler in the 21st minute of play forced Göschitz FC's goalkeeper Dirk Meyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karsten Ekenberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 29 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Göschitz FC's Kester Zimmermann got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Heinrich Leonhardt. 33 minutes into the match, Imsbach FSV's goalkeeper Heinrich Leonhardt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens Ohmer. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Gerold Kessler made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Göschitz FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Willi Schepers fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Imsbach FSV defense, Jens Ohmer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Heinrich Leonhardt. The Imsbach FSV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Heinrich Leonhardt should have stopped the shot. Dirk Meyer came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Imsbach FSV's Gerold Kessler. But to his dismay, Gerold Kessler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Gerold Kessler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Dirk Meyer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerd-Peter Lippuner kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Jens Ohmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heinrich Leonhardt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Ohmer in the 76th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Göschitz FC got a freekick which was hit by Ingo Schwaiger. 92 minutes into the game, Hernan Kreller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Imsbach FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Göschitz FC the free kick. A collision led to Imsbach FSV getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Hernan Kreller hit a great ball.
