Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) SuS Gurke's Samson Kupke started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Hubert Jeske had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrew Kuppermann. SuS Gurke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hubert Jeske was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Hasso Schabert's late challenge caught a SuS Gurke's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hasso Schabert helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC HARZ THALE's Hasso Schabert got a free kick in the 9th minute. Hubert Jeske in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andrew Kuppermann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Andrew Kuppermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasso Schabert in the 18th minute of the match. SuS Gurke's Andrew Kuppermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cees Eckhardt in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, SuS Gurke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Lutze to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kees Hofrichter in the 37th minute of play forced SuS Gurke's goalkeeper Andrew Kuppermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, SuS Gurke's goalkeeper Andrew Kuppermann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hubert Jeske. 39 minutes into the match, SuS Gurke's goalkeeper Andrew Kuppermann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hubert Jeske. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hasso Schabert was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Hasso Schabert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC HARZ THALE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hasso Schabert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, SuS Gurke's Ivo Hofstedde got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Hasso Schabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrew Kuppermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrew Kuppermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kees Hofrichter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivo Hofstedde during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, FC HARZ THALE's Hasso Schabert tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Hasso Schabert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC HARZ THALE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 86 minutes into the match, Hubert Jeske notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of SuS Gurke's Andrew Kuppermann. Andrew Kuppermann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samson Kupke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Volker Volkmer made a huge save. After 93 played minutes SuS Gurke got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Hofstedde. Andrew Kuppermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasso Schabert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC HARZ THALE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
