Artur Mark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter-Stefan Bilstein went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, AC Bersonia's Jörg Tamali got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Kay Niedermeier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Artur Mark skillfully saved the ball. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Bersonia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
