Pablo Bähr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 9 played minutes, Rühl24's Bernd Janing shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yannik Stetter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rühl24 reached it. Jan Gryphius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Bähr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannik Stetter having to interfere. Helmuth Hölsch hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Jan Gryphius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rühl24's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Gryphius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26thth minute of the game Pablo Bähr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ORDU CITY's Yannik Stetter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Rühl24's Pablo Bähr in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ORDU CITY's goalie prevented a goal. Yannik Stetter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Bähr in the 31st minute of play. Moritz Thomaschewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Arlo Schriml tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rühl24's Arlo Schriml proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Rühl24 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Bähr in the 38th minute of play forced ORDU CITY's goalkeeper Yannik Stetter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ORDU CITY getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Helmuth Hölsch hit a great ball. Jan Gryphius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Yannik Stetter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Bähr in the 41st minute of play forced ORDU CITY's goalkeeper Yannik Stetter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Bähr blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yannik Stetter having to make a save. In the 47th minute, Pablo Bähr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gernot Pohl to make the kick off. Gernot Pohl's late challenge caught a Rühl24's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gernot Pohl helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rühl24 booed when ORDU CITY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernot Pohl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Bährs short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Yannik Stetter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute Jan Gryphius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yannik Stetter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rühl24's Pablo Bähr got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Bähr in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yannik Stetter, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Gryphius in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yannik Stetter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yannik Stetter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Gryphius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Bährs short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Yannik Stetter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pablo Bähr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yannik Stetter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Gryphius in the 82nd minute of the match. Moritz Thomaschewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Bähr got free with Yannik Stetter in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rühl24 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
