The referee felt a red card was in order, 6 minutes into the game, when Fortunato Jaspers put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Goodbye fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! After having played for 16 minutes, Iso Heintz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unterelsaff FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iso Heintz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Darius Schönmoser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Goodbye's goalkeeper Rudi Uebach, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 0-2 became the score in the 29th minute when Darius Schönmoser elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arved Eschenbaum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andre Brandl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Rudi Uebach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andre Brandl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudi Uebach having to interfere.

Unterelsaff FC played a much better game than SC Goodbye and deserved their victory. The SC Goodbye players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
