Spectators: 7467 (Terracing: 5601, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Harald Ostmeyer kicked off to start the match. Harald Ostmeyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jens Thomanek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Mauritz Jan Rennert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Arved Eschenbaum left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Goodbye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Holger Rechmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute of the match, Rene Rosentritt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rudi Uebach saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Holger Rechmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Putzenberg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Holger Rechmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudi Uebach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hanno Zocholl hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of Putzenberg FC booed when SC Goodbye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hanno Zocholl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rudi Uebach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Rosentritt in the 31st minute of play. If Harald Ostmeyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rdth minute of the game Rene Rosentritt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Goodbye's Rudi Uebach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Harald Ostmeyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jens Thomanek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half SC Goodbye were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 52 minutes of play, Putzenberg FC's Rene Rosentritt made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rudi Uebach was left in no man's land by his defense there! Uri Kurth hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Holger Rechmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens Thomanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harald Ostmeyer, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harald Ostmeyer in the 68th minute of play forced Putzenberg FC's goalkeeper Jens Thomanek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Maik Daniels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arved Eschenbaum could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Jens Thomanek made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Davon Haubach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Putzenberg FC's Holger Rechmann got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute, Rene Rosentritt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes SC Goodbye got a freekick which was hit by Hanno Zocholl. Holger Rechmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudi Uebach having to interfere. Arved Eschenbaum struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jens Thomanek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Goodbye. Arved Eschenbaum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
