Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rene Rosentritt kicked off to start the match. Monty Schröder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Rosentritt in the 7th minute of play forced Kella FC's goalkeeper John Baader to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rene Rosentritt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Feridun Bärmüller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Rene Rosentritt lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated John Baader. After having played for 27 minutes, Monty Schröder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kella FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Monty Schröder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Monty Schröder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 minutes of play, Kella FC's Monty Schröder made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens Thomanek was left in no man's land by his defense there! Monty Schröder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jens Thomanek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens Thomanek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klaus Wülfing, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Putzenberg FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kella FC were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Klaus Wülfing to make the kick off. Jens Thomanek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaus Wülfing in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Klaus Wülfing who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Putzenberg FC's Jens Thomanek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domian Kretz kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Kella FC's John Baader played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rosentritt in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of Putzenberg FC booed when Kella FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Prehn didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 69 in the game by Monty Schröder from a close distance when the talented Jens Thomanek managed to make a qualified save. Putzenberg FC's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Klaus Wülfing's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Thomanek was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Holger Rechmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Baader having to interfere. In the 75th minute Klaus Wülfing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Thomanek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes of play, Kella FC's Monty Schröder made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens Thomanek was left in no man's land by his defense there! The long shot by Walter Meise in the 87th minute really tested Jens Thomanek's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. John Baader stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rene Rosentritt's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The supporters of Putzenberg FC booed when Kella FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Prehn didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Kella FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Putzenberg FC.
