Wilfried Goldberg came out of the goal and Jannick Schünemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Max Borgloh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfried Goldberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jens Gutmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Rapp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Alt in the 29th minute of play. If Henning Evertz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lübecker Löwen were furious when Enzo Miltz was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Wilfried Goldberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jannick Schünemann in the 59th minute of the match. Lübecker Löwen's Henning Evertz got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jannick Schünemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes Lübecker Löwen got a freekick which was hit by Jens Gutmann. Wilfried Goldberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Borgloh in the 71st minute of the match. David Rapp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Noth in the 74th minute of the match. David Rapp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Kraft, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
