Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Laurence Velten took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ingo Middelberg in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Siegmund Mäncher, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 6 minutes into the match, Stoißberg's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Rieker came free, but Siegmund Mäncher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mattias Witlatschil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franz-Peter Käppele having to interfere. Franz-Peter Käppele stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ede Bermanseder's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Ingo Middelberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Siegmund Mäncher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Ingo Middelberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Siegmund Mäncher managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Lobenstein's Ingo Middelberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stoißberg's Wolfgang Adler got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Laurence Velten came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Stoißberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurence Velten couldn't finish the play. Nico Ambrosius kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Eckard Jung shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siegmund Mäncher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stoißberg's Siegmund Mäncher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingo Middelberg in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes, Stephan Mortler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stoißberg and the Lobenstein players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Stoißberg got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Mortler. 43 minutes into the match, Stoißberg's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Rieker came free, but Siegmund Mäncher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mattias Witlatschil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Lobenstein's Fred Rieker got a free kick in the 45th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingo Middelberg was the one to do the kick off. Laurence Velten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Lobenstein's zone, Mattias Witlatschil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franz-Peter Käppele came out of the goal and Mattias Witlatschil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Ingo Middelberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siegmund Mäncher was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, Stoißberg's goal looked a bit too open when Ingo Middelberg came free, but Siegmund Mäncher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ingo Middelberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobenstein's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingo Middelberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siegmund Mäncher breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Siegmund Mäncher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingo Middelberg in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Stoißberg's goal looked a bit too open when Ingo Middelberg came free, but Siegmund Mäncher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Stoißberg getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Stephan Mortler hit a great ball. Mattias Witlatschil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franz-Peter Käppele having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Wolfgang Adler put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Franz-Peter Käppele. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Laurence Velten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stoißberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurence Velten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franz-Peter Käppele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Lobenstein supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Stoißberg's performance. The match ended with a win for Stoißberg.
