The crowd rose to their feet as Wilfried Lohmüller kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Rapp. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Max Borgloh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Rapp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pär Buhrmann went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Lübecker Löwen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Wilfried Lohmüller scored to the left of an out of position David Rapp, making the score, 3-0. When Lübecker Löwen's Max Borgloh in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puch's goalie prevented a goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilfried Lohmüller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. David Rapp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 91st minute Flo Bontz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rapp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th match minute, Lübecker Löwen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Borgloh to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Puch fully deserved thier win.
