Spectators: 7381 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1600, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carl Schock took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carl Schock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, Zellprojekt's Rudolf Gronau ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pascal Börger. Pascal Börger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Stephan Patten made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC. St. Tropez's Reimo Machleid. After 22 minutes, Carl Schock mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC. St. Tropez and the Zellprojekt players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Carl Schock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Carl Schock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörg Haueisen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Zellprojekt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Henning to maneuver through the defense. Pascal Börger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Schönbucher in the 29th minute of the match. Jörg Haueisen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Schock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carl Schock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jörg Haueisen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Raiko Bodenschmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascal Börger having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Stephan Patten in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC. St. Tropez's Reimo Machleid. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raiko Bodenschmidt in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pascal Börger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pascal Börger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudolf Gronau went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute, FC. St. Tropez's Carl Schock dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Ahmed Münn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC. St. Tropez's attentive Reimo Machleid managed to snatch the ball when Stephan Patten made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Pascal Börger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Reinoehl, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Carl Schock recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Carl Schocks short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Jörg Haueisen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 95th minute of the match Tom Krei shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pascal Börger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Many of FC. St. Tropez's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FC. St. Tropez may have spent more time on the ball, but Zellprojekt were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
