Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raiko Bodenschmidt started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Henglarn booed when Zellprojekt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Gronau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Greilinger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Rudolf Gronau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zellprojekt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Henglarn the free kick. A collision led to Zellprojekt getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rudolf Gronau hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Zellprojekt's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Greilinger came free, but Jörg Haueisen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jörg Haueisen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Greilinger in the 14th minute of play. Raiko Bodenschmidt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Marke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Demetrius Kehr ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörg Haueisen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Zellprojekt's Jörg Haueisen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Zellprojekt from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Reinoehl in the 28th minute of play forced Henglarn's goalkeeper Georg Marke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Henglarn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Marke should have stopped the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Marcus Greilinger made the kick off in the second half. Raiko Bodenschmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Georg Marke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raiko Bodenschmidt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 55 minute of play. Marcus Greilinger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Demetrius Kehr notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Zellprojekt's Jörg Haueisen. Jörg Haueisen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Raiko Bodenschmidt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Georg Marke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Zellprojekt getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Rudolf Gronau hit a great ball. Zellprojekt's Jörg Haueisen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Greilinger in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Tom Reinoehl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zellprojekt's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Reinoehl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Georg Marke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Georg Marke made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Tom Reinoehl sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Marcus Greilinger sped through Zellprojekt's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jörg Haueisen. Georg Marke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raiko Bodenschmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 98th minute, Tom Reinoehl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zellprojekt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
