Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Carl Schock made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerd Gill got free with Pascal Börger in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC. St. Tropez's Pascal Börger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save FC. St. Tropez from getting a goal against them. Pascal Börger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerd Gill in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute Otis Mauthe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Börger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascal Börger was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Otis Mauthe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Otis Mauthe really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, FC. St. Tropez's goal looked a bit too open when Otis Mauthe came free, but Pascal Börger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascal Börger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otis Mauthe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arjen Jetter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Pascal Börger made a huge save. Carl Schock fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odo Petershagen having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Gerd Gill could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Pascal Börger however easily saved by the left post. 33 minutes into the match, Otis Mauthe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pascal Börger, 2-0. If Gerd Gill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, FC. St. Tropez's goalkeeper Pascal Börger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Otis Mauthe. After a defensive mix-up in Kiekbusch's zone, Waldemar Drautz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Odo Petershagen came out of the goal and Waldemar Drautz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, FC. St. Tropez's goal looked a bit too open when Otis Mauthe came free, but Pascal Börger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arjen Jetter in the 46th minute of play forced FC. St. Tropez's goalkeeper Pascal Börger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute, Kiekbusch's Timo Honsel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pascal Börger. Pascal Börger yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otis Mauthe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pascal Börger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd Gill in the 53rd minute of the match. Arjen Jetter scored 4-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascal Börger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC. St. Tropez's Pascal Börger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arjen Jetter in the 58th minute of play. Pascal Börger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerd Gill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kiekbusch getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Beppo Rackstein hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kiekbusch's zone, Ringo Thein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Odo Petershagen came out of the goal and Ringo Thein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascal Börger came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Kiekbusch's Arjen Jetter. But to his dismay, Arjen Jetter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 70th minute Beppo Rackstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Börger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascal Börger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerd Gill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC. St. Tropez's Pascal Börger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beppo Rackstein in the 74th minute of play. Otis Mauthe struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Pascal Börger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiekbusch. In the 80th minute, Gerd Gill ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascal Börger was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 86th minute Gerd Gill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Börger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerd Gill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascal Börger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arjen Jetter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascal Börger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Beppo Rackstein went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kiekbusch had won after a very even match.
