FC Hawaii's Horst Dürr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arno Hennig in the 9th minute of play. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Thilo Wimmer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seeon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hawaii the free kick. In the 15th minute, Thilo Wimmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Seeon's Eckart Eck got control of the ball when Nikolaus Cayrol tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Hawaii's Nikolaus Cayrol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eckart Eck. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. Eckart Eck made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Nikolaus Cayrol sent off a good shot on target. Werner Korff received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eckart Eck came out and tried to block the shot, but Werner Korff slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. Seeon's Eckart Eck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Seeon from getting a goal against them. The supporters of FC Hawaii booed when Seeon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thilo Wimmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eckart Eck acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Klara Hofmeier. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulus Fechner in the 45th minute of play forced Seeon's goalkeeper Eckart Eck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cornelis Kunze stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cornelis Kunze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, FC Hawaii's goalkeeper Horst Dürr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arno Hennig. Horst Dürr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arno Hennig in the 60th minute. Cornelis Kunze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Seeon's Thilo Wimmer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horst Dürr. Horst Dürr yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Eckart Eck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Werner Korff in the 72nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arno Hennig got free with Horst Dürr in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Nikolaus Cayrol fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Hawaii's protests and gave Nikolaus Cayrol a yellow card for diving instead. Nikolaus Cayrol kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Seeon's Eckart Eck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Werner Korff in the 83rd minute of play. Thilo Wimmer scored 2-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horst Dürr, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Nikolaus Cayrol notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Seeon's Eckart Eck. Eckart Eck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
