Spectators: 7190 (Terracing: 5590, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cornelis Kunze kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Ekpenyong Benkel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Gamlen's goal looked a bit too open when Arno Hennig came free, but Prospero Kurth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arno Hennig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gamlen's Prospero Kurth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arno Hennig in the 15th minute of play. Ibrahim Rosenhagen kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Arno Hennig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seeon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arno Hennig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cornelis Kunze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Prospero Kurth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cornelis Kunze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prospero Kurth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornelis Kunze in the 31st minute of the match. Armin Stolle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Seeon's Cornelis Kunze got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Achim Trenner was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Seeon got a freekick which was hit by Ekpenyong Benkel. In the 54th minute Gamlen were awarded a corner. Marco Seebens went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Marco Seebens got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eckart Eck quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Gamlen's Prospero Kurth got control of the ball when Arno Hennig tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Seeon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andi Drobinski to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Seeon's Arno Hennig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prospero Kurth narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thilo Wimmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thilo Wimmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ekpenyong Benkel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Kurth having to interfere. Cornelis Kunze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Kurth having to interfere. Eckart Eck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achim Trenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Victor Zollt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Prospero Kurth, passed just outside the right post. 88 minutes into the match, Gamlen's goalkeeper Prospero Kurth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arno Hennig. Cornelis Kunze was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Seeon's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Arno Hennig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Kurth having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Seeon's Arno Hennig dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. The Gamlen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Seeon were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
