With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fredy Grobmaul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fredy Grobmaul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurence Nelius in the 86th minute of the match. Philipp Rupalla kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. If Heiner Boddenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reiko Klein was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Herbert Hohensolms capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Herbert Hohensolms really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. When Lichtenborn's Heiner Boddenberg in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
