The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pekko Becker was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Christoph Egger managed to get in a good position for a shot. After some careless play in the Barl defense, Benedetto Clade kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinzenz Thimm. The Barl fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinzenz Thimm should have stopped the shot. Damian Rülke's late challenge caught a Barl's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Heino Kramer made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Christoph Egger sent off a good shot on target. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinzenz Thimm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 99th match minute, Barl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wolfgang Pothmer to maneuver through the defense. Pekko Becker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Vinzenz Thimm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
