Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Fernando Wellmann hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. A hard shot 3 in the game by Reinhold Bartl from a close distance when the talented Egil Zillen managed to make a qualified save. Dötlingen FSV's players were relieved. After 6th play minutes Reinhold Bartl shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Egil Zillen and just under the crossbar into goal. Leif-Eric Dapp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamie Frankiewitsch having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Max Rühle in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jamie Frankiewitsch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jamie Frankiewitsch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif-Eric Dapp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jamie Frankiewitsch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Rühle in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Dötlingen FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Moll came free, but Egil Zillen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Haimendorf FC! In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Dötlingen FSV. Ludger Körner stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jamie Frankiewitsch. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Haimendorf FC's zone, Max Rühle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jamie Frankiewitsch came out of the goal and Max Rühle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the match, Haimendorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leif-Eric Dapp came free, but Jamie Frankiewitsch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Dötlingen FSV's Leif-Eric Dapp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jamie Frankiewitsch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Max Rühle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viggo Moll made a kick off. Max Rühle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamie Frankiewitsch having to interfere. If Max Rühle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Zillen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinhold Bartl in the 61st minute of play. Max Rühle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Max Rühle in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jamie Frankiewitsch, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leif-Eric Dapp struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Jamie Frankiewitsch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dötlingen FSV. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walt Kurrer during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Dötlingen FSV booed when Haimendorf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walt Kurrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ludger Körner, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Max Rühle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dötlingen FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Max Rühle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Haimendorf FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leif-Eric Dapp 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Fernando Wellmann struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Jamie Frankiewitsch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dötlingen FSV. Leif-Eric Dapp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Leif-Eric Dapp left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dötlingen FSV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 93rd minute, Ludger Körner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Dötlingen FSV left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Haimendorf FC.
