Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Günther Beinlich started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, SNEX Oldenburg's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Faust came free, but Olaf Zientara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 4 played minutes Pichelsberg got a freekick which was hit by Enrico von Fallersleben. Matthias Faust blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olaf Zientara having to make a save. In the 20th minute, Abel Krome made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Zientara. SNEX Oldenburg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. A collision led to SNEX Oldenburg getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Simon Wächter hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of SNEX Oldenburg:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pichelsberg:s goal. In the 29thth minute of the game Matthias Faust who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SNEX Oldenburg's Olaf Zientara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, SNEX Oldenburg's goalkeeper Olaf Zientara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Krome. Abel Krome who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Olaf Zientara when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abel Krome could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Olaf Zientara made a huge save. In the 42ndth minute of the game Matthias Faust who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SNEX Oldenburg's Olaf Zientara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SNEX Oldenburg's Olaf Zientara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save SNEX Oldenburg from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Matthias Faust put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Olaf Zientara. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel Krome was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Nestor Bansen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichelsberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Bansen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Zientara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57thth minute of the game Abel Krome who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SNEX Oldenburg's Olaf Zientara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olaf Zientara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Krome in the 59th minute of play. Olaf Zientara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Krome, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Krome in the 62nd minute of play forced SNEX Oldenburg's goalkeeper Olaf Zientara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The tension between the Pichelsberg and the SNEX Oldenburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vinzenz Dobrindt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günther Beinlich in the 84th minute of play. Eiko Stapelfeldt charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eiko Stapelfeldt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pichelsberg booed when SNEX Oldenburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eiko Stapelfeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Krome in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Zientara saved SNEX Oldenburg from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Pichelsberg players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
