Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Detlef Kracht made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Esenshammergroden FC's Ralf Lembeck got a free kick in the 3rd minute. If Jannik Matthies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Odenthal made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Ralf Rede sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Schrage hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Esenshammergroden FC's Robert Odenthal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jannik Matthies in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Schlesische Adler's Marco Blass got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Ralf Lembeck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Schlesische Adler's Moritz Schlesinger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Moritz Schlesinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Lembeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ralf Redes short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Robert Odenthal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Esenshammergroden FC's Simon Breilmann got a free kick in the 34th minute. Ortwin Buhrmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Odenthal having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jannik Matthies in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robert Odenthal saved Esenshammergroden FC from getting behind. Moritz Schlesinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Detlef Kracht, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jannik Matthies made a kick off. Ralf Rede received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Robert Odenthal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Detlef Kracht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Detlef Kracht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Odenthal came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Schlesische Adler's Ralf Rede. But to his dismay, Ralf Rede quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Schlesische Adler booed when Esenshammergroden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Breilmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannik Matthies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Odenthal having to interfere. Jannik Matthies might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Odenthal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jannik Matthies ran back to his position shaking his head. When Ralf Rede came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Schlesische Adler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralf Rede couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Esenshammergroden FC's goal looked a bit too open when Boris Notz came free, but Robert Odenthal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th match minute, Esenshammergroden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Huth to maneuver through the defense. Ralf Lembeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moritz Schlesinger having to interfere. Robert Odenthal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jannik Matthies, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 94 minutes into the match, Esenshammergroden FC's Detlef Kracht sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moritz Schlesinger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
