Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jannik Matthies kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wolfgang Kieß got free with Moritz Schlesinger in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mirko Borgwardt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jannik Matthies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute of the match, Endrik Unsöld got a very nice opportunity to score, but Moritz Schlesinger was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Moritz Schlesinger came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Groucho's Dominik Clemens. But to his dismay, Dominik Clemens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With his leg Moritz Schlesinger managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when FC Groucho's Endrik Unsöld fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Ralf Rede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the game, Schlesische Adler's Jannik Matthies nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mirko Borgwardt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 25th match minute, Schlesische Adler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Johnson to maneuver through the defense. Schlesische Adler's Moritz Schlesinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Clemens in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, FC Groucho's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Rede came free, but Mirko Borgwardt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Schlesische Adler's Ralf Rede in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Groucho's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Rede in the 36th minute of play forced FC Groucho's goalkeeper Mirko Borgwardt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirko Borgwardt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jannik Matthies's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Jannik Matthies fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirko Borgwardt having to interfere. Mirko Borgwardt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Rede in the 42nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Dominik Clemens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Moritz Schlesinger was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Dominik Clemens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moritz Schlesinger having to interfere. Endrik Unsöld's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Moritz Schlesinger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dominik Clemens to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Endrik Unsöld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jannik Matthies recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dominik Clemens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Endrik Unsöld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moritz Schlesinger having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Dominik Clemens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Endrik Unsöld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Moritz Schlesinger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ralf Rede had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Endrik Unsöld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralf Rede recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Endrik Unsöld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd match minute, Schlesische Adler was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitrios Merges to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, FC Groucho's Mathias Kreissler broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Dominik Clemens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
