The AC Frövel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, AC Frövel's goalkeeper Mayk Gennburg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florian Spindler. The supporters of Munster FC booed when AC Frövel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernhard Gabler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Munster FC defense, Kostja Güven kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedikt Buch. The Munster FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedikt Buch should have stopped the shot. Benedikt Buch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostja Güven in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Casimir Opitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Munster FC's Marvin Peschke ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mayk Gennburg. Mayk Gennburg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Marvin Peschke struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Mayk Gennburg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Munster FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marvin Peschke in the 31st minute of play forced AC Frövel's goalkeeper Mayk Gennburg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casimir Opitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedikt Buch having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Casimir Opitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Frövel's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimir Opitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedikt Buch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kostja Güven scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedikt Buch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Casimir Opitz made the kick off in the second half. Casimir Opitz struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Benedikt Buch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Frövel. Florian Spindler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mayk Gennburg having to make a save. In the 87th minute of the match Erich Piehl sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedikt Buch skillfully saved the ball. Marvin Peschke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mayk Gennburg having to interfere. AC Frövel's Mayk Gennburg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Spindler in the 92nd minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Casimir Opitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Frövel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimir Opitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benedikt Buch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimir Opitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Munster FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AC Frövel were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
