Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) 12 minutes into the game, Frasdorf FC's Lothar Dahms nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Menno Auchter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Schröck in the 17th minute of play forced Frasdorf FC's goalkeeper Sven Hamm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Domenico Übelhöhr fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frasdorf FC's protests and gave Domenico Übelhöhr a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Philip Schröck managed to get in a good position for a shot. TSG 1899 Hoffenheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Philip Schröck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven Hamm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. TSG 1899 Hoffenheim's Philip Schröck got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Schröck in the 32nd minute of play forced Frasdorf FC's goalkeeper Sven Hamm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Joachim Dümpe almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Frasdorf FC's Sven Hamm did a great save. Jürgen Niekisch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The TSG 1899 Hoffenheim players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Frasdorf FC were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Philip Schröck made the kick off in the second half. Sven Hamm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Philip Schröck's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Connor Werres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Hamm having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Connor Werres in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven Hamm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. TSG 1899 Hoffenheim's Connor Werres got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78thth minute of the game Connor Werres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frasdorf FC's Sven Hamm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Philip Schröck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim booed when Frasdorf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lothar Dahms didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Frasdorf FC's zone, Philip Schröck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven Hamm came out of the goal and Philip Schröck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Connor Werres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Sven Hamm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Philip Schröck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jürgen Niekisch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menno Auchter having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
