Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ede Gniech made the kick off which started today's match. Wladimir Polster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tibor Gielchen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Leon Oppermann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mark Cremer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Heribert Kind fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seyweiler FC's protests and gave Heribert Kind a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Seyweiler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heribert Kind to maneuver through the defense. Götz Laipple recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Herberhausen FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Ede Gniech came free, but Mark Cremer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wladimir Polster got in the 18th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Tibor Gielchen handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Mark Cremer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Joerg-Uwe Kiepsch's late challenge caught a Herberhausen FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joerg-Uwe Kiepsch helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Seyweiler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joerg-Uwe Kiepsch to maneuver through the defense. When Wladimir Polster came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Herberhausen FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wladimir Polster couldn't finish the play. Mark Cremer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ede Gniech in the 42nd minute of play. Tibor Gielchen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Götz Laipple, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Götz Laipple blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tibor Gielchen having to make a save. In the 67th minute of the match, Leon Oppermann got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mark Cremer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mark Cremer acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Frank Engelmeier. Mark Cremer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Oppermann in the 80th minute. Seyweiler FC's Tibor Gielchen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladimir Polster in the 88th minute of play. Mark Cremer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leon Oppermann went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Ede Gniech struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Mark Cremer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seyweiler FC. 98 minutes into the match, Herberhausen FSV's goalkeeper Mark Cremer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon Oppermann. Seyweiler FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
