When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Frohwein made a kick off. Leon Oppermann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Hellmut Beckers when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ignaz Arenz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Hellmut Beckers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ede Gniech in the 57th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ede Gniech's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hellmut Beckers was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Seyweiler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ede Gniech was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ede Gniech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Oppermann's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hellmut Beckers firmly grabbed it by the left post. Giovanni Richter kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. In the 98th minute of the match, Ede Gniech tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hellmut Beckers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Seyweiler FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
