Bertram Bartelt charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertram Bartelt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kubach FC booed when SV Woltersdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Bartelt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SV Woltersdorf's zone, Rudolf Junker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jupp Zagorski came out of the goal and Rudolf Junker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SV Woltersdorf's Placido Jakobi got a free kick in the 103rd minute. Jupp Zagorski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lothar Saternus, who was totally free with the ball in the 104th minute. Kubach FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SV Woltersdorf had won, even though Kubach FC had held more of the ball.
