Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arndt Weiß kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esens's goalkeeper Adam Reichwein, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 played minutes Esens got a freekick which was hit by Frans Bornscheuer. Jaden Kleiner was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rachid Kilz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gordon Schipploch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Ahlswede having to interfere. Arndt Weiß sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Hohenweiden FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaden Kleiner to maneuver through the defense. Adam Reichwein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arndt Weiß, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esens's goalkeeper Adam Reichwein, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hohenweiden FC's Tim Ahlswede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Hohenweiden FC from getting a goal against them. When Esens's Gordon Schipploch in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gordon Schipploch made a kick off. Adam Reichwein made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Franz Schmuck sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Frans Bornscheuer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esens fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 62 minutes into the match, Arndt Weiß had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Reichwein. Esens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arndt Weiß was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 66th minute Rachid Kilz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Ahlswede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gordon Schipploch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Ahlswede having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Esens's Rachid Kilz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tim Ahlswede made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Rachid Kilz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Tim Ahlswede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rachid Kilz in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tim Ahlswede saved Hohenweiden FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Gordon Schipploch put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tim Ahlswede. In the 90thth minute of the game Rachid Kilz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hohenweiden FC's Tim Ahlswede was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
