Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mika Karhoff started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd match minute, Lilianvenn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jukka Kreller to maneuver through the defense. Hans Abendroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Karhoff in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of Lilianvenn booed when Engelsby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregor Streich didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benni Sorg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Hans Abendroth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Engelsby got a freekick which was hit by Gregor Streich. In the 28th minute, Mario Stemberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30thth minute of the game Carl Brunar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lilianvenn's Martin Locke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Gianni Posinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Locke skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Martin Locke managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Engelsby's Carl Brunar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gregor Streich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Locke having to interfere. When Kai Møller came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Engelsby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kai Møller couldn't finish the play. Carl Brunar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Martin Locke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carl Brunar made a kick off. Engelsby's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregor Streich was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Marquardt got free with Hans Abendroth in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jona Böhme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Locke having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Mika Karhoff dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hans Abendroth, 4-2. Carl Brunar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Engelsby walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
