In the 22nd minute, Dustin Apostel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Wilhelm Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Credo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Wilhelm Hoffmann fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Claudio Credo, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Bramstedter TS booed when Gel Hele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Schallmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Bramstedter TS's Felix Zöller tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Alfons Püttmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christopher Hoppenstedt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfons Püttmann ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 37th minute Alexander Kahsner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Hoppenstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Manuel Wirth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gel Hele players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bramstedter TS were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilhelm Hoffmann to make the kick off. Ahmed Schmidtmann's late challenge caught a Bramstedter TS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmed Schmidtmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Gel Hele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Schmidtmann to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bramstedter TS booed when Gel Hele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernot Aydin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bramstedter TS getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Armin Bieber hit a great ball. After 62 played minutes Gel Hele got a freekick which was hit by Artur Kneuer. After a defensive mix-up in Gel Hele's zone, Alfons Püttmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Hoppenstedt came out of the goal and Alfons Püttmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the game, Artur Kneuer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gel Hele's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bramstedter TS the free kick. 67 minutes into the game, one of Gel Hele:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Bramstedter TS. Felix Zöller stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christopher Hoppenstedt. 0-5. Christopher Hoppenstedt made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Bernd Tochtermann sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Bernd Tochtermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Hoppenstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfons Püttmann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Christopher Hoppenstedt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Christopher Hoppenstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Kahsner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 96 minutes, Bernd Tochtermann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bramstedter TS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernd Tochtermann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 97 played minutes Gel Hele got a freekick which was hit by Gernot Aydin. If Alfons Püttmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
