Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pascal Holtei kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute of the match Roman Engelmann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robert Matthiessen skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uwe Scherpp in the 6th minute of play forced Hahn Fußballverein's goalkeeper Dieter Abelmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Marc Amsteinler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hahn Fußballverein's Dieter Abelmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dieter Abelmann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marc Amsteinler's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ingo Ngnoubamdjum put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dieter Abelmann. The audience was convinced that Marc Amsteinler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dieter Abelmann was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Hartmut Löser reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robert Matthiessen. The goal made the score 1-1. After a rather tough play, Hahn Fußballverein's Jindrich Räuschel got a free kick in the 66th minute. When Volker Wiehn fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bernau's protests and gave Volker Wiehn a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Bernau getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Volker Wiehn hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Bernau's Kester Banges got a free kick in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bernau's zone, Tibor Holzmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Matthiessen came out of the goal and Tibor Holzmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hahn Fußballverein's Dieter Abelmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Holtei in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Volker Wiehn got free with Dieter Abelmann in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Hahn Fußballverein's goalkeeper Dieter Abelmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Volker Wiehn. Marc Amsteinler struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Dieter Abelmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bernau. In the 92nd minute of the match, Uwe Scherpp got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dieter Abelmann was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Volker Wiehn might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dieter Abelmann. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Volker Wiehn ran back to his position shaking his head.
