Timur Dülberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Oliver Pässler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adelheidsdorf FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Pässler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elmar Blatzheim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 14 minutes, Tomas Schlief managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Azadi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Schlief was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Adelheidsdorf FSV's Jan Pantel got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 17 played minutes Adelheidsdorf FSV got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Zoller. FC Azadi's Raiko Ullbrich couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Adelheidsdorf FSV. Adelheidsdorf FSV's Joerg-Uwe Marsing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rocky Rothensteiner in the 20th minute of play. FC Azadi's Elmar Blatzheim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Azadi from getting a goal against them. In the 24thth minute of the game Timur Dülberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Azadi's Elmar Blatzheim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timur Dülberg in the 28th minute of play forced FC Azadi's goalkeeper Elmar Blatzheim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Timur Dülberg got free in front of the goal in the 30th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Elmar Blatzheim was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Joerg-Uwe Marsing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocky Rothensteiner in the 34th minute of play. Oliver Pässler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Elmar Blatzheim made a huge save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rocky Rothensteiner to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomas Schlief received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Joerg-Uwe Marsing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Azadi's zone, Timur Dülberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elmar Blatzheim came out of the goal and Timur Dülberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elmar Blatzheim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Pässler, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Timur Dülberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adelheidsdorf FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timur Dülberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rolf Motzer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elmar Blatzheim. FC Azadi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 71stth minute of the game Oliver Pässler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Azadi's Elmar Blatzheim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Timur Dülberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the game, Lukas Zoller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Adelheidsdorf FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Azadi the free kick. In the 80th minute, Lukas Zoller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timur Dülberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elmar Blatzheim having to interfere. Oliver Pässler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Elmar Blatzheim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Timur Dülberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elmar Blatzheim. FC Azadi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timur Dülberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Adelheidsdorf FSV fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Azadi had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
