The referee ignored Kneißl e.V.'s protests and gave Sebastian Neukirch a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastian Neukirch hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ulrich Fekecs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Pantel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the game, Adelheidsdorf FSV's Timur Dülberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulrich Fekecs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Vitus Wagner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joerg-Uwe Marsing having to interfere. Sönke Grooten's late challenge caught a Adelheidsdorf FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sönke Grooten helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Kneißl e.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sönke Grooten to maneuver through the defense. Vitus Wagner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vitus Wagner couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, Jork Plesetz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joerg-Uwe Marsing. Adelheidsdorf FSV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jork Plesetz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Kneißl e.V.'s Sebastian Neukirch got a free kick in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Adelheidsdorf FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Vitus Wagner came free, but Joerg-Uwe Marsing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joerg-Uwe Marsing came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kneißl e.V.'s Jork Plesetz. But to his dismay, Jork Plesetz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Joerg-Uwe Marsing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitus Wagner went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 62 minutes, Issey Stalleicher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kneißl e.V. and the Adelheidsdorf FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. Issey Stalleicher hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A hard shot 66 in the game by Jan Pantel from a close distance when the talented Ulrich Fekecs managed to make a qualified save. Kneißl e.V.'s players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Adelheidsdorf FSV's Oliver Pässler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ulrich Fekecs. That made the score 3-2 after 75 minutes of play. Vitus Wagner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Joerg-Uwe Marsing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kneißl e.V. fully deserved thier win.
