Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Martin Westerman kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Buß in the 3rd minute of play forced HBallers FC's goalkeeper Orson Brocker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bookhorn's Fredrik Buß was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 14 played minutes Bookhorn got a freekick which was hit by Leo Linke. If Martin Westerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifaz Köddermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Wendelin Kuntz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Bonifaz Köddermann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Westerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bookhorn's Wendelin Kuntz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifaz Köddermann in the 30th minute of play. Bonifaz Köddermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wendelin Kuntz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wendelin Kuntz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifaz Köddermann's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bookhorn's goalkeeper Wendelin Kuntz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of HBallers FC booed when Bookhorn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Brockmüller didn't get a good kick on the ball. HBallers FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Heiko Bärmann in the 42nd minute. A well done corner resulted in Erhard Zenner drilling the ball in to score 1-1 behind Bookhorn's goalkeeper. 47 minutes into the match, HBallers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Buß came free, but Orson Brocker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredrik Buß stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özcan Rösler during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bookhorn getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Maximilian Dippel hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Bonifaz Köddermann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifaz Köddermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Wendelin Kuntz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play, Bookhorn's Fredrik Buß made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orson Brocker was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Bookhorn getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Leo Linke hit a great ball. Martin Westerman struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Wendelin Kuntz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HBallers FC. When Bookhorn's Fredrik Buß in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HBallers FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 85 played minutes Bookhorn got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Brockmüller. In the 85th minute of the match Heiko Bärmann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wendelin Kuntz skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennart Holthuis in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orson Brocker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bookhorn were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of HBallers FC for a fine match.
