Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jochem Rohmann started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Hartmut Imhof sped through Eintracht Prügel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dimitrios Duttenhöfer. Fridun Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lutz Breneizeris in the 6th minute of play. Dimitrios Duttenhöfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bastian Peeger in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Giebelscheid FC got a freekick which was hit by Heribert Brossart. Jochem Rohmann took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fridun Becker. Fridun Becker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 13 minutes into the game, Mel Mielich was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eintracht Prügel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Giebelscheid FC the free kick. After 13 played minutes Eintracht Prügel got a freekick which was hit by Mel Mielich. Giebelscheid FC's Hanno Giurgin got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eintracht Prügel's Dimitrios Duttenhöfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bastian Peeger in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Gabriel Eckert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitrios Duttenhöfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eintracht Prügel's Dimitrios Duttenhöfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanno Giurgin in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jochem Rohmann got free with Fridun Becker in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eintracht Prügel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hanno Giurgin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Tibor Bednorz's late challenge caught a Eintracht Prügel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tibor Bednorz helped the player get up and apologised. Tibor Bednorz hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Eckert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dimitrios Duttenhöfer was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Giebelscheid FC's Fridun Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Giebelscheid FC from getting a goal against them. Dimitrios Duttenhöfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hanno Giurgin in the 42nd minute of play. After 58 minutes of play, Giebelscheid FC's Gabriel Eckert made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dimitrios Duttenhöfer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 67 minutes into the match, Giebelscheid FC's Gabriel Eckert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dimitrios Duttenhöfer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 70 played minutes Giebelscheid FC got a freekick which was hit by Heribert Brossart. Oliver Deutsch struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Fridun Becker didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eintracht Prügel. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Palle Voß during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Palle Voß hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Jochem Rohmann took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fridun Becker. In the 79thth minute of the game Hanno Giurgin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eintracht Prügel's Dimitrios Duttenhöfer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eintracht Prügel's Dimitrios Duttenhöfer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Eintracht Prügel from getting a goal against them. Fridun Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lutz Breneizeris in the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Eintracht Prügel's Ullrich Rebe got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Eintracht Prügel's goalkeeper Dimitrios Duttenhöfer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Eckert. A sloppy throw-in by Palle Voß in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Eintracht Prügel's Lutz Breneizeris. Giebelscheid FC's Gabriel Eckert got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Lutz Breneizeris cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-5. Fridun Becker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Giebelscheid FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
