Meral Kapitulski hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in RWD2's zone, Lukas Finkenrath stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopold Hartdegen came out of the goal and Lukas Finkenrath tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Dohrn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerke Zepek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kicker Torfby's Marcus Dohrn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Reichel in the 9th minute of play. In the 10thth minute of the game Ivo Stromann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kicker Torfby's Marcus Dohrn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Elard Bloch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kicker Torfby's supporters rose to their feet, but Elard Bloch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopold Hartdegen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elard Bloch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Leopold Hartdegen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hellmut Steinfurth during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes RWD2 got a freekick which was hit by Hellmut Steinfurth. Leopold Hartdegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Burkhardt in the 31st minute of play. Kicker Torfby's Björn Burkhardt got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gerke Zepek's late challenge caught a Kicker Torfby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerke Zepek helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kicker Torfby booed when RWD2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerke Zepek didn't get a good kick on the ball.

In the 51st minute Gerke Zepek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Dohrn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopold Hartdegen came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kicker Torfby's Elard Bloch. But to his dismay, Elard Bloch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Volker Niklaus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Dohrn having to interfere. Florian Teubler charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florian Teubler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, Florian Teubler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elard Bloch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leopold Hartdegen came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Kicker Torfby's Björn Burkhardt. But to his dismay, Björn Burkhardt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Ivo Stromann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Marcus Dohrn made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Björn Burkhardt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopold Hartdegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Wilhelm Reichel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcus Dohrn. The goal made the score 3-1. If Björn Burkhardt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th match minute, RWD2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivo Stromann to maneuver through the defense. Rainer Kauth was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kicker Torfby! The goalkeeper, Marcus Dohrn, was totally fooled by RWD2's Roman Gohmert, who 87 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Kicker Torfby's Björn Burkhardt got a free kick in the 90th minute. Kicker Torfby's Marcus Dohrn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Kicker Torfby from getting a goal against them. 96 minutes into the match, Kicker Torfby's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Reichel came free, but Marcus Dohrn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kicker Torfby were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of RWD2 for a fine match.
