When the match had been going on for 12 minutes, 1.Fc Lynar's Marco Krech got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Niklas Hefter. After a rather tough play, 1.Fc Lynar's Bartolomeo Ballheim got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 18 minutes, Bartolomeo Ballheim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1.Fc Lynar and the MTV WOLFENBÜTTEL players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes 1.Fc Lynar got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomeo Ballheim. Kristian Hahn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
