Paul Häfner made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Trent Schüle managed to get in a good position for a shot. DuDeS's supporters rose to their feet, but Trent Schüle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragan Kerth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dag Hackel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dragan Kerth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sönke Seppmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrien Kraus having to interfere. In the 17th minute, DuDeS's Günter Rabe seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Günter Rabe the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DuDeS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Günter Rabe had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 16th minute, one of DuDeS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DuDeS. Ben Sikirski kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Adrien Kraus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Keilbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a little luck, DuDeS's Adrien Kraus got control of the ball when Matthias Schmidt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrien Kraus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Monty Keilbach showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. Adrien Kraus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matthias Schmidt in the 41st minute. Simon Jüptner hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Matthias Schmidt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Adrien Kraus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adrien Kraus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Keilbach in the 47th minute of the match. Dag Hackel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Dragan Kerth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Monty Keilbach made a kick off. Adrien Kraus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Keilbach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sönke Seppmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Eifel FC's Monty Keilbach got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Norbert Maurer came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Eifel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Maurer couldn't finish the play. A collision led to DuDeS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Torsten Michels hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eifel FC's zone, Paul Häfner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dragan Kerth came out of the goal and Paul Häfner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrien Kraus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Keilbach in the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the DuDeS defense, Matthias Schmidt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrien Kraus. The DuDeS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrien Kraus should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Monty Keilbach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrien Kraus was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Simon Jüptner kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Norbert Maurer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ben Sikirski fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DuDeS's protests and gave Ben Sikirski a yellow card for diving instead. Ben Sikirski hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Simon Jüptner could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Dragan Kerth made a huge save. Eifel FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
