Dragan Kerth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birk Pradel in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavin Dautzenberg in the 15th minute of play forced Eifel FC's goalkeeper Dragan Kerth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes of play, Caaschwitz FC's Birk Pradel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dragan Kerth was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, Matthias Schmidt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niko Bareiß. Caaschwitz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Schmidt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 25th minute, Matthias Schmidt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dragan Kerth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birk Pradel in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Caaschwitz FC booed when Eifel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raffael Pitten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dragan Kerth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atze Weinmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Caaschwitz FC's Atze Weinmann in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eifel FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute Lutz Schumacher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragan Kerth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monty Keilbach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Niko Bareiß tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Eifel FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caaschwitz FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Monty Keilbach made the kick off in the second half. Norbert Maurer took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niko Bareiß. Niko Bareiß dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Birk Pradel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dragan Kerth. That made the score 2-3 in the 55 minute of play. After 57 played minutes Eifel FC got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Maurer. Eifel FC's Dragan Kerth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Galeski in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute Birk Pradel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragan Kerth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lutz Schumacher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dragan Kerth made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Monty Keilbach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eifel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Monty Keilbach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niko Bareiß breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dragan Kerth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Atze Weinmann in the 66th minute. Dragan Kerth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atze Weinmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Monty Keilbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niko Bareiß having to interfere. A collision led to Eifel FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Raffael Pitten hit a great ball. Dragan Kerth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lutz Schumacher in the 92nd minute. In the 92nd match minute, Eifel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raffael Pitten to maneuver through the defense.
